These Terms and Conditions relate to purchases made in the online shop. Please contact as at email@example.com for school voyage and private hire booking terms and conditions.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Credit Card orders are processed securely by PayPal. The East Coast Sail Trust does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
The Thalatta T-shirts and Sweatshirts may differ slightly from the product images shown as we have some items of clothing with the original version of the ECST logo. The difference between the new and old logo is small but if you feel this is important then please email the shop manager to check which version you will be getting before placing your order online.
Colours in the product images are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, there may be some slight difference between what you seen on screen and the actual products.
Delivery on all items will be 2nd Class Royal Mail.
The online shop is run by volunteers. We aim to process orders the same day, although at busy times we may take up to one working week. Please allow 14 days for your order to arrive. Please note that our online shop is closed at weekends and bank holidays, as well as the period 20th December – 2nd January.
We recycle packaging to reduce our environmental impact so your order may arrive in another company’s packaging.

Our free shipping is to the UK only. If you would like to place an international order please email the shop manager and we will be able to let you know delivery costs.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from the East Coast Sail Trust but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition. Please email the shop manager for more information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Any personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored.
